Pricing
We price based on the amount of work to be preformed at each individual property. Below is our basic price list for weekly mowing on flat yards without access issues as of March 1, 2023 based on an annual agreement. We do not offer one time mowings. Steep hills, bagging, undersized gates & obstructed access to the lawn could result in a different price. Each property is different and an estimate will be required to determine specific pricing.
1/8 Acre Lot:
Mowing, trimming & edging around walkways, walls, flower beds and cleaning of debris off of walkway's, driveway, patio's, porches, etc - $38-$40
1/4 Acre Lot:
Mowing, trimming & edging around walkways, walls, flower beds and cleaning of debris off of walkway's, driveway, patio's, porches, etc- $42 - $46
1/3 Acre Lot:
Mowing, trimming & edging around walkways, walls, flower beds and cleaning of debris off of walkway's, driveway, patio's, porches, etc - $47 - $52
1/2 Acre Lot:
Mowing, trimming & edging around walkways, walls, flower beds and cleaning of debris off of walkway's, driveway, patio's, porches, etc - $55 - $60
If your looking for strictly mowing on a rental property or a full service treatment, we can help. We use the newest most reliable mowers possible We can customize a program to help you keep your lawn looking great. We offer weekly mowing, bi-weekly mowing and a hybrid mowing schedule which includes weekly mowing in the Spring (April - June) and 3 mowing's a month July - October. Each mowing includes cutting the grass, string trimming the area's the mowers won't reach and blowing the clippings and debris off the hardscape (sidewalks, driveway, front porch and back patio. We follow the Grasscycling program recommended by Virginia Tech, Arlington and Fairfax County and leave the clippings on the lawn to reduce waste in the landfills and to help return the nutrients to the soil. Bagging of grass clippings is available for an additional fee, plus the cost of paper bags, if needed.
